Today’s workout is completely bodyweight, (or you can do some Mom & Baby, or add weights if you wish it for further advancement) and is meant to bring the burn without lots of equipment. You hear me say it all the time, you don’t need weights to get a good workout in, you just need to work. The weights just help build and burn faster. So, there’s a lot of different excercises in this workout, modify where needed, and step it up where needed. Let’s go!
