Today’s workout is meant to target your glutes specifically. You will feel it in your thighs and maybe your calves too, but I structured today for those beautiful glutes! This workout is designed to help build your butt up nicely. This is fun, it’s precise, and it’s great! I am using weights for this as well as bands. You can technically do this all bodyweight, and you will still get the work and the burn, but I would recommend using weights and resistance if you have it, to activate the glutes faster and get a better burn and build going.
