You will need a Bosu for this workout. The Bosu is a wonderful piece of equipment that is just a lot of fun to have, helps work the core, stabilization muscles, gets your heart rate up, and gets your blood pumping. It’s a lot of fun, and it’s not difficult to use. If you do not have a bosu ball, then I recommend you choose a different workout until you have one, they are a lot of fun to have, and it’s only one piece of equipment for an entire workout.
