Leg Day Everybody! We are going to set those glutes and thighs on fire today! You can modify this workout as a bodyweight or a Mom & Baby workout, but I will be using dumbbells for this workout. This is going to be a lot of work and time under tension. You’re going to feel the burn pretty quickly, and you’re going to push through to the end. No excuses, let’s go!
