This is a full half hour workout, total body bodyweight session. There are so many different exercises in this workout that we’re not putting in a description this time. (What’s life without a little healthy fear, anyway?) So you can be rest assured that you don’t need equipment for this workout, but you’re going into this one blind with no idea what we’re doing besides the promise that it will be fun.
