Join me on the mat today for a good stretch. I know we do a lot of workouts with muscle pumping, time under tension, and lots of burning and sweating. But it’s just as important to stretch out the muscles as it is to work them. Do this fifteen minute stretch session, stretch out the lower body, and some of the upper body, and try to relax into it. I recommend asking your spouse watch your little one while you stretch, because this session will be a bit challenging to do with your little one in your arms, but you can. Even Mama needs a break sometimes. So stretch out the muscles, relax the tension in your body, and feel the relief that a good stretch session gives you.
