This is a total body workout today, we’re hitting the arms, the legs, and the abs in one workout. This is going to feel great and will fire up those muscles as well as get your little one happy and excited with the constant movement. You really need to have your little one old enough and big enough to fully support his/her own head as this workout requires some exercises holding your baby out at arms length. If your baby cannot hold his/her head up on their own, you can modify some of the moves, and just hold your baby on your chest for most of these exercises. But it’s really better if your little one can hold up their head on their own. I do apologize for the delay in making more workouts, my daughter and I have been sick for a little while now, but we are back in the game!
