You don’t have to do a million squats to work your glutes, you don’t have to do a whole bunch of lunges either. You can build glutes up doing bridges too. Now bridges are not a replacement for squats, and I’m certainly not saying you never have to do squats again, but this workout today is meant to be easier on your knees and the rest of your body, while still challenging those glutes and building them up. If you do it right you are definitly going to be feeling those glutes. If you don’t want to do this as a Mom & Baby workout, and would rather do it bodyweight or with weights, it is perfectly capable of doing so.
